3. An individual or group planning tool. Helps to identify core elements for project success quickly and easily. A deeper analysis of core elements creates the components for a project action plan. The fishbone technique works best when users work quickly and decisively without getting to caught up in the details at this stage. Use this process before the next Priority Matrix workshop to build your project action plan. Use one template per project. What is the fishbone?
