2 ACEC-Yukon: Who We Are Voice of consultant in the Yukon since founding in 1983. Members include: Engineering Companies Environmental Science Companies Surveying Firms Architectural Firms Planning Firms Currently 20 members, all with offices in the Yukon Member of National organization ACEC-Canada

3 ACEC-Canada National voice of industry on business, regulatory and public policy issues Represents over 500 firms across Canada Collectively employ 75,000 people 12 provincial and territorial associations Collaborates with key infrastructure stakeholders

4 ACEC-Yukon: Our Aim We represent the commercial interests of businesses that provide professional engineering and related services in the Yukon We promote cordial relations between our member firms with the aim of fostering our business interests To further the maintenance of high professional standards in our member professions Work with other member organizations ACEC Canada APEY

5 ACEC-Yukon: Member Services Professional Consulting Services Planning, pre-feasibility and investment studies Legal and engineering surveying Architectural planning and implementation Social-impact and environmental-impact studies Preliminary and final designs for construction or engineering work Supervision and inspection of construction work, including on-site project management Environmental monitoring and remediation Technical assistance and advice Asset-management studies.
