2 PROJEKT ZUKUNFT Since 1997 – cofinanced by EFRD Main objective: enabling and supporting the structural change from industrial society to information society in Berlin Best example for the tremendous success of EFRD for the ICT, media and creative industries 1997: 2006: 65,000employees190,000 7,500enterprises 24,500 turnover21 Billion 2006: ICT and CI = 16 % of Berlin`s GDP About 3 million EFRD effected at least 300 million investments of other subsidy programmes (ProFIT etc) and private investments
