18 Autobiography/Biography Wax Museum Project  You will check out a book tomorrow and begin researching a person for the Wax Museum.  As you read your book, you will need to write down very important facts about that person and cite the source of your evidence. We will discuss this tomorrow!!

22 The Polynesians were a sea people. Having no metals, they developed seaworthy sailing canoes built with stone tools and assembled with lashings of braided rope. 25 Their food plants, domesticated animals, and language have been traced to an ultimate origin in Southeast Asia, where Proto- Polynesians may have been displaced by war-like peoples, possibly invaders from China, and Forced to sea. Finds of ancient artifacts, including pottery remnants of distinctive design, mark a route along the southern edge of Melanesia, and areas of islands inhabited earlier by black peoples.
