3 Courses are offered at the high school, online, and at PDCCC campuses Opportunities to obtain General Education Certificate or Degree Career Coaches at each high school Access to PDCCC library and student resources/materials Overview of Student Services

4 Tuition reimbursement plan—SPS charges a $50 per semester, per course enrollment fee SEF and PDCCC financial assistance available Community college placement testing at no cost for all eligible high school students conducted at each high school Provide textbooks for dual enrollment courses to SPS students Overview of Student Services

8 Plans for 2015-2016 Links on each high school website to the PDCCC dual enrollment website Assist in the identification of SPS teachers credentialed to teach community college courses PDCCC dual enrollment coordinator available once a semester for student advising

9 Plans for 2015-2016 Provide transportation for Dual Enrollment Biology students to utilize PDCCC labs at least twice a semester Have counselors identify students pursuing certificate or degree program to ensure proper course enrollment Identify one counselor as the point of contact at each building for students and parents

10 Plans for 2015-2016 Recommend students visit PDCCC advisors for post-secondary options and transferability Recognize students at graduation who attain general education certificate or degree Provide parents/students with informational updates and reminders each semester via newsletter or flyer

11 Plans for 2015-2016 Increase information available to parents about the Dual Enrollment program on the SPS website, in each high school, and during information sessions College and Career Readiness Fair (November) AP/DE Information Night (December/January) Continue to accept PDCCC approved courses taken outside of the high school for Dual Enrollment credit
