Step 1 – Assign a number to your letter grade A = 4 D =1 (Oops!) B = 3 F = 0 (Ouch!) C = 2 Step 2 – Add up the “Grade Points” Step 3 – Divide “Total Grade Points” by the number of classes you have taken. Your GPA is the number you get after your divide “Grade Points” by the number of classes you have taken. YOUR GPA – FIGURE IT OUT!

The student transcript reports both the weighted and unweighted cumulative grade point average. Class rank is based on the weighted cumulative grade point average.
