9. .175 Update Skyward OSPI Test CEDARS Database OSPI.175 Database Basic visual of how data flows for.175 submissions WSIPC does automatic extract of CEDARS data elements on a scheduled basis from Skyward and transmits data to OSPI. Districts may review logs of files sent in their Export drives after extract has been complete. OSPI generates error messages on CEDARS data elements, which may be accessed on EDS site. OSPI extracts only required.175 data elements into.175 database for that submission.

10. .175 Update OSPI will extract.175 data for Trimester Schools in February 2009 Thus, WSIPC will begin data extracts again on January 23, 2009 and do extracts each Friday through February 17, 2009 Districts with Trimester schools must contact OSPI directly to let them know their data needs to be reported for the Second Trimester. Other districts do not need to contact OSPI. Trimester schools should let OSPI know their data will be available as of February 17 th (the final WSIPC extract date for this reporting period)

11. .175 Update Only districts with Trimester schools will have data submitted for.175 reporting We encourage all districts take this opportunity to walk through the process of reviewing CEDARS data files in WESPaC and error logs in EDS You will have 4 extracts, therefore 4 chances to review data and errors, make corrections, and review results We have posted process steps on our website in the Training Materials Libraries under CSRS/CEDARS This is great practice for the 2010 school year!!
