IPA 2010 grant scheme is under evaluation currently – the grant contracts to be signed around September 2011 EIDHR 2011 call for proposals will be launched in September 2011 - where the civil society organisations are invited to participate. The amount of funding is same as previous years, EUR 900,000 and the amount of grants is still to be determined. Actions targeting marginalised communities are something that typically fall under this Call's objectives.
