4 © NDLA – an ambitious initiative Joint partnership and co-ownership between 18 (out of 19) county councils Virtual organisation. No main office. Teachers work as local editors and editorial staff Numerous users throughout Norwegian schools with increasing traffic numbers Open source content and open infrastructure Buying, developing, and distributing digital learning materials Replacing and supplementing traditional learning resources Costs: 44 EUR pr student (20% of total funding for learning recourses), 2 EUR pr student/subject
