4 BOP (Business Owners Policy) SECTION I – PROPERTY - Coverage We will pay for direct physical loss of or damage to Covered Property at the premises described in the Declarations caused by or resulting from any Covered Cause of Loss. Covered Property Business Personal Property located in or on the buildings at the described premises or in the open (or in a vehicle) within 100 feet of the described premises, including: (1) Property you own that is used in our business; Property of others that is in your care,custody or control, except as otherwise provided in Loss Payment Property Loss Condition Paragraph E.5.d.(3)(b); Tenant's improvements and betterments. Improvements and betterments are fixtures, alterations, installations or additions: Business Income We will pay for the actual loss of Business Income you sustain due to the necessary suspension of your "operations" during the "period of restoration". The suspension must be caused by direct physical loss of or damage to property at the described premises. The loss or damage must be caused by or result from a Covered Cause of Loss. With respect to loss of or damage to personal property in the open or personal property in a vehicle, the described premises include the area within 100 feet of the site at which the described premises are located. Employee Dishonesty We will pay for direct loss of or damage to Business Personal Property and "money" and "securities" resulting from dishonest acts committed by any of your employees acting alone or in collusion with other persons (except you or your partner) SECTION II – LIABILITY - Coverage Business Liability We will pay those sums that the insured becomes legally obligated to pay as damages because of "bodily injury", "property damage" or "personal and advertising injury(1)" to which this insurance applies. We will have the right and duty to defend the insured against any "suit" seeking those damages. Who Is An Insured: Your "executive officers" and directors are insureds, but only with respect to their duties as your officers or directors. Each of the following is also an insured: Your "volunteer workers" only while performing duties related to the conduct of your business, or your "employees.

5 Automobile Coverage if you have owned autos or trams Workers Compensation if you have employees Directors & Officers insurance Directors and officers liability insurance gives financial protection to your directors and managers if they are sued while performing duties for the company. It also may include employment practices liability insurance (or EPLI), which protects against discrimination and harassment suits. Umbrella policy Sometimes general liability insurance protection isn’t enough. An umbrella policy increases your protection from unexpected risks. "Personal and advertising injury" means injury, including consequential "bodily injury", arising out of one or more of the following offenses: a. False arrest, detention or imprisonment; b. Malicious prosecution; c. The wrongful eviction from, wrongful entry into, or invasion of the right of private occupancy of a room, dwelling or premises that a person occupies, committed by or on behalf of its owner, landlord or lessor; d. Oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that slanders or libels a person or organization or disparages a person's or organization's goods, products or services; e. Oral or written publication, in any manner, of material that violates a person's right of privacy; f. The use of another's advertising idea in your "advertisement"; or g. Infringing upon another's copyright, trade dress or slogan in your "advertisement".

6 Costs of the Friends of the Neal Smith NWR Our current coverage for Directors & Officers coverage is $2 million; cost $1,050 annually for the next 3 years. Bookstore premium is $1,154 which covers loss of inventory due to fire/storm and theft. Limit is $30,000, with a $500 deductible.
