1 A Tool to Manage Social Programs Developed by Sto:lo Nation, Distributed by FNTC

2 Unification is a client management tool. This is a web based application allowing you to track Employees and 3 types of clients. This multitiered CRM is designed with the latest technologies

3 Personal information is broken down by – Citizenship information (contacts, locations…) – Band information (Where they are registered to) – Client information (client types available…) – Social Development case information including Budget and Decision Cheque payments

4 Payments made are broken down by – Band (First Nations Community) – Person (Who Receives the payment) – Type of payment (GlAccount specified payments) – General Ledger account tracking including job code

5 Manages the Education Program – Tracks students and funding allocated to each student as they progress – Nominal Role report – Student management module developed by FNESC

6 Manages all aspects of a Housing Program Links social data to housing data through the citizen module Reports will indicate shared housing by linking people with rental agreements Tracks repair and maintenance requirements to help First Nations plan (i.e. when was roof replaced, fridge, etc)

7 This module houses key information about an individual that is used in all other modules Reports from this module will form the Membership base and report that feeds ANACs IRS

8 Social, Education and HR modules of Unification were developed on the ground by Sto:lo Nation Housing and Citizenship were developed in partnership with Seabird Island, Tsleil Waututh and Nakazdli Developed by Nasheela Designs, owned and operated by Lewis Point, a Sto:lo citizen
