There will be prizes! A little Library Trivia 1. What library is the Worlds Largest Library? (according to the Guinness Book of World Records) 2. Which is greater – the number of McDonalds or the number of Public Libraries in the United States? The Library of Congress which houses 34.5 million books, plus maps, photos, recording and other special collections on 838 miles of shelving in 3 buildings. Libraries – there are 16,604 Public Libraries and library branches in the US and only 14,000 McDonalds. By the way, it is estimated that there are 122,101 libraries in the US including college, schools, government, etc.
