5 Populations with disabilty are more likely to be sedentary that the general population Taylor et al (1998) – studies indicate a change in Physical Activity participation for people with disability post intervention.

6 The Challenge… … recognises schools with certificates at 10 weeks … recognises students with medals at 4 weeks … is to do at least 60 minutes of Physical Activity a day on at least 5 days per week (not just at school) … is a 10 week Challenge for all Reception to Year 9 students
