8 l GSG Base Methodology l by: Enrico Palumbo Global Sage Group 10/2/2015 8 Activities that Span All Phases Project Management/Program Office –Standard project and program management roles, responsibilities, and processes will be established on a company-wide basis –Phase definitions will include explicit “exit criteria” which serve as recognized control points for program management Organizational Change Management –Standard tools and techniques will be provided to support activities related to planning for and managing the people aspects of change that are independent of the specific phases. –Change management activities linked to specific phases are included in those phases. Knowledge Management –Standard tools and procedures will be provided to facilitate effective capture, reuse, and sharing of project related knowledge, in the form of intellectual capital content and lessons learned, among client and Answerthink team members, as well as across answerthink. –Note: this does not include broader education and training of client staff.
