4 Objectives This material has the objective of helping the network with the promotion of our OGX Non- Corporate programs, the “Cidadão Global” and its sub programs. Here you will find guidelines and tips to have the best results with your OGX promotion. Enjoy it!

5 Our Public It’s easier to find the public for the OGX NC programs. Our public is anyone who’s in university or recently graduated. We may approach them at: University associations and channels; Web 2.0; Media; Website

6 Our Public – by program Cidadão Global Cultural: business administration, engineering, economy, international relations, social sciences. Cidadão Global Gestão: business administration, engineering, economy, accounting, marketing, communications. Cidadão Global Saúde: pharmacy, medicine, nursery, fisioterapy. Cidadão Global Multiplique!: all those careers but focused on last year/graduateds. *Of course this is just a suggestion, the careers vary according to each reality :)

7 How to promote AIESEC Remember: AIESEC is about LEADERSHIP! Everytime you promote AIESEC you are promoting our main product: change agents. So, it doesn’t matter if you are promoting an exchange program or a recruitment program – you always may promote both exchange and leadership.

8 How to promote AIESEC Target your audience. Choose the member's profile that you want to participate in each program (exchange DT, ET, MT, TT or membership). Target audience also what you want to achieve by promoting the modalities of the Global Citizen. Ex: Who is on courses related to health, is a public interest to make the program Global Citizen Health

9 Promotional Materials In the package you have a lot of materials. 6 general posters (with different pictures); 1 general poster with the lower bar to cut; Some specific programs posters (with different pictures); Pictures to promote at web (one of them should be customized). 1 proposal for exchange to be delivered in the interview. ALL MATERIAL CAN BE CUSTOMIZED

10 How to customized The posters were made in two programs: The top was done in Photoshop and the bottom, in Ilustrator. You can just customize the bottom at Illustrator. But if you want to put your EPs at the top, you can do it to. How? ->

11 How to customized 1.Choose a picture, open in Photoshop and cut it into round shape. 2. Put it in the right layer and save in JPEG 3. Open Illustrator file and the image you made. 4. Put in the image in the right space at Illustrator file and change the informations about the EP. 5. Put a shadow and that is it!

12 How to customized “But I don’t have Ilustrator! How can I do?” Using Corel Draw you can customize the materials too. How? 1. Open a new file in Corel; 2. Click File > Import; 3. Find the file you want; 4. Be happy!

13 E-mail marketing You have a kind of email marketing that you should customize with your EPs using just Photoshop. You can make more than one email marketing. Use them with direct link to the site (by clicking the person is already directed to the site)

14 Web 2.0 REMEMBER: WEB 2.0 IS THE BEST WAY TO PROMOTE OUR PROGRAMS! Zero cost, good result!

16 Web 2.0 The email marketing should be used to promote the program at WEB 2.0 too. Customize than and promote at facebook, twitter…

17 Web 2.0 Twitter: generate relevant content. The MC will provide you content, just retweet them! You can also focus on build relationships with the stakeholders :) EX:

18 Web 2.0 Facebook fan page: link it with your twitter, so you will share content. Think about promotions and how can you engage your stakeholders with the page. - Put images at albums and tag all the members, doing this the material will appear at their pages. - If you produce content be sure to use relevant information beyond the selection process. EX:

19 Media This one is easy! We already have the release the MC provided last semester and send it again to the local journalists! BUT REMEMBER: YOU NEED TO TRACK THEM!

20 Membership Think about actions that they can do to promote AIESEC to their friends. You can make a competition between the members! Don’t forget to aligne it virtually and at general meetings! See this example: you can provide many activities for your members to do, like tweeting for AIESEC, sending e-mail marketing to their friends etc. The member who do the biggest number of activities will gain a R&R, like exchange discount :)
