3. If practices believe they have been badly treated they will challenge the accuracy of your report You cannot return later if you discover you cannot understand your notes Once your report has gone off it is very difficult to correct mistakes Two key points

4. It is extremely difficult to get an accurate picture of a practice in a short space of time Misconceptions and mistakes are all too common Nothing creates a bad impression more than if a report is sloppy or inaccurate Remember also..
