THIS WOULD PROVIDE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO OUR YOUNG PEOPLE TO ACCESS OPPORTUNITIES PROVIDED BY ECONOMIC GROWTH AND MAKE IT MORE INCLUSIVE AND SHARED. WE HAVE FINALISED THE INSTITUTIONAL ARRANGEMENTS AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL FOR COORDINATED ACTION.” Dr Manmohan Singh
