6 Administration Who Who can place task orders? –Warranted Contracting Officers within the DOI. Any bureau within the DOI. or Interagency Agreement with the FWS, who will: –Place the task order –Conduct ARRA reporting –Administer the contract

7 Administration What What information needs to be passed to the FWS if a bureau places a task order? –The task order price before award to ensure ceiling not exceeded. –Selected vendor, the amount, the order number, how the best value decision was made, and the CO and COR/Program Manager contact information.

8 Administration What What does a complete requirements package look like that is being submitted to the FWS? –Overarching Interagency Agreement –Funding Document –Statement of Work –Name and contact info for COR/Project Manager

9 Administration What What are the max and min task order amounts? –If a bureau is placing the task order, there are no limits on project size. –For interagency agreements there is a $10,000 min order, $10M max per task order. Orders outside of this range are possible, but the fee may be adjusted.

10 Administration Where Where can the work be done? –Anywhere in the Continental United States plus Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

11 Administration When When can we place task orders? –Anticipate in mid December. –After contract award (Jan 25 th 2010) and all ordering procedures and interagency agreements are in place.

12 Administration How How much does it cost? –Both ARRA and non-ARRA If a bureau is placing the task order, they will pay a $500 fee, or.25% of the order amount, whichever is greater. –Interagency Agreements For ARRA –A $500 fee, or 5% of the task award amount, whichever is greater, capped at $250K. Non-ARRA –A $500 fee, up to 6% of the task award amount, whichever is greater, capped at $250K.

13 Administration How How do we place task orders ? –A guide will be disseminated when the contract is awarded. –The guide will provide detailed instructions regarding ordering procedures.
