Integration of existing working groups and explaining to them the advantages and possibilities Having GS1 Germany experts within the GSMP process Regular monthly telephone conferences and information to LCN members Updates within the regular physical meetings of these groups

Global Standards Management Process ©2007 GS1 US How LCN Provides Value to an MO Success Factors Involvement of the LCN members into the GSMP work: Not only feedback-questions, also updates and background information on current developments Feedback from BRGs and integration of LCN position into BRG work Supporting Change Requests and Requirements from our community Having a real voice within the process, otherwise LCN members will loose interest and credibility of GSMP will decrease GSMP LCN must be a lively process! Meaning information, feedback from BRG discussion, feedback questions etc.
