3 -What information do the repair firms need prior to going out to the customers residence? What do you need?

4 -Detailed description of the damage inspected -Provide the repair cost for an item even if it can potentially be denied  Repairable Items

5 -What is a reasonable cost for digital photos? -Provide a picture of the entire piece and the specific area damaged Digital Photos

7 -Obtain estimate if needed to support the claim -Advise the adjuster if there is going to be an additional fee 3 rd Party Estimate

8 -Provide the carrier with a detailed description of the damage -If the damage is deniable please describe why Non Repairable Items

9 -Make, model, size, serial # and a description of the damage -What is a replacement of like, kind and quality Electronics
