10 Assigning User Roles Who should perform which role? User – Role matrix Will determine training plan Required for system setup

11 Assigning User Roles One User Role should be assigned to more than one Staff for backup purpose. –If a Staff is on long leave, the other should have that role to cover his/her duty. One Staff may have more than one User Roles –A teacher can be a Class Teacher and Subject Teacher and CCA Teacher and School Cashier.
