STD/PASS/TAGS – Trade and Globalisation Statistics Data collection (TIS and TISP database) EU countries: EUROSTAT provides data to OECD Other member countries + Hong Kong (non OECD member) and Germany for TISP: OECD collects information sending an Excel questionnaire covering all the EBOPS items plus the Memorandum items Russian Federation (non OECD member) National sources Accession countries: Chile, Estonia, Israel, Russia, Slovenia Trade in services data are currently being investigated 5

STD/PASS/TAGS – Trade and Globalisation Statistics Update cycles (TIS and TISP database) 1 st step December : Data are downloaded from EUROSTAT website for OECD-EU countries December : Questionnaires are sent to OECD-non EU countries 2 nd step As soon as ready and available from the source, data are uploaded into TIS and TISP database for checking The electronic database is subject to a rolling update 3 rd step June : TIS paper publication is finalized November : TISP paper publication is finalized. 6
