7. 7 With the addition of one of the best quarterbacks in history, Peyton Manning, the Denver Broncos are now a force to be reckoned with. To the left here is a picture from the press conference after the signing Peyton Manning as well as the presentation of his new jersey which of course is #18, the number he has worn since college.

Although the Denver Broncos lost with their first year with Peyton Manning, especially after going 13-3, the Broncos will hope to get at least one or two more years out of Manning before he decides to retire. Obviously his injury last year did not greatly affect his performance in a negative way this year as he threw for 37 touchdowns and only 11 interceptions. 8
