15 15 New Acquisition:High Energy Laser Joint Technology Office NAICS Code: 541710 Description: The High Energy Laser Joint -Technology Office (HEL/JTO), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Albuquerque, New Mexico, will solicit initially for white papers for science and technology projects required to support directed energy (DE) weapon systems.
