YES Does it cost anything to attend the concert? NO Can I keep my cell phone just in case I need to text my mom or dad? NO What happens if I forget my uniform? Call a parent to bring it to you but you WILL NOT be allowed to sing!

4 REMEMBER: THERE ARE TWO HALVES OF THE CONCERT! THE FIRST HALF IS FORMAL THE SECOND HALF IS INFORMAL Bring clothes to change into!

5 What are we supposed to wear the FORMAL first half of the concert? – Girls are wearing their uniform gowns, black shoes, no jeans under the gowns, hair pulled back, jewelry – Boys are wearing white shirts, black pants, black socks and shoes, cummerbunds and neckties

6 What are we supposed to wear the INFORMAL second half of the concert? EVERYBODY is wearing blue jeans, no rips, tears, cuts or holes; & sneakers of any kind. BOYS: pink t-shirts 8 TH GIRLS: – 1 st Sop: blue – 2 nd Sop: red – Alto: purple 7 TH GIRLS: – 1 st Sop: yellow – 2 nd Sop: orange – Alto: green

8 Okay, I’m going to break it down step by step…! 1.Your concert is tomorrow Tuesday, May 13 th at 6PM. 2. Tomorrow: ALL GIRLS will pick up your gowns tomorrow during REACH. ALL BOYS will pick up their accessories during REACH. 3.You need to bring your jeans, T-shirt, and sneakers with you so you can change clothes during the intermission! 4.You need to arrive in your formal concert attire at 5:30. If you don’t come already dressed you WILL NOT be performing! 5.During the intermission the boys will change clothes in the boys locker room and the girls will change clothes in the choir room. There will be a parent volunteer to help check-in your uniforms & accessories. 6.After the concert is over, you can go home. 7.Be prepared to come back to school to work! School is not out or over for the summer. We still have work to do! 8.The Concert should last 1 hour max!

9 REMINDER… GIRLS: bring your clothing bag and hanger with you to the concert! BOYS: bring your accessory bag with you to the concert! YOUR NAME
