4 OBJECTIVES OF THE T & C STRATEGY PLAN TO INCREASE THE REACH & THE COVERAGE OF FLAGSHIP PROGRAMME THROUGH BETTER DISSEMINATION OF THE INFORMATION TO ENHANCE THE PEOPLE’S PARTICIPATION TO STRENGTHEN THE GRAM SABHA FOR PLANNING & IMPLEMENTATION TO REDEFINE THE ROLE OF THE TRAINING INSTITUTES ( NIRD, SIRDs & ETCs ) TO INITIATE AN INTEGRATED TRAINING & COMMUNICATION PROGRAMME TO EVOLVE THE PROCESS OR MECHANISNM FOR ACTIVE INVOLVEMENT OF ALL THE DEPARTMENTS & PARTNERS.

12 TIME LINE Total Duration for this Action Plan : 3 years All preparatory Activities : First 6 months Pilot Testing for IEC, Training & Convergence : Second six months Scale-up of Action Plan : 2 nd Year Mid-term Assessment & Corrective Measures: At the end of 2 nd year Independent Ownership of new strategy by the stakeholders : 3 rd year
