About Amanda I love doing computer science Most of the time, I like the people I work with My experience as a woman in computer science is framed by micro-inequities and micro-affirmations (Rowe, 1990; Rowe, 2008) Micro-inequities are apparently small events which are often ephemeral and hard-to-prove, events which are covert, often unintentional, frequently unrecognized by the perpetrator, which occur wherever people are perceived to be different.
