The less environmentally friendly paper ever. There is a paper which has and ecologic certificate, made by greenpeace that is the one that we should use.
How much paper does a student need and how much does it cost?
How much money does a student need in a month?
In a month….. In a month a child spends 1.5 notebook. He will spend in a month 3,75 if the notebook is simple and 6.53 if the notebook is a high quality notebook.
Our school has got 420 students and 36 teachers.
Every year our school spends 300,000 sheets of paper. We buy 600 packages of paper, each one containing 500 sheets.
How much money does paper cost?
Our school spends If our school decided to changeNow, we make approximately 237 000 copies in a year.
Expenses per week: The school pays 0.01 for each copy and the students pay 0.05.
What can we do to reduce and recycle paper in our high school?
1.We will use computers whenever possible.
2. We will use Paper Notebook wisely.
3. We write small( but legible), so the paper will last longer.
4.We will get students, teachers and staff involve in this project. Everyone will know it and what can do in it.
5.We will use Flipping Catalogs.
6. We won´t write on random pieces of paper to remember things.
8. We will implement a recycling programme in our school..
9.We will offer treats such as parties or trips to the class that recycle much.
How to recycle together
We place only-paper boxes in every classroom, staff room, reception, and secretary s office.

This is only the first part of our project. It will have to be continued during next terms. We will check the conclusions on our meeting in Madrid next March.
