4 Minnesota AFNR Programs programs had changes in staffing this year. Representing Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) 11 schools reduced AFNR by 8.43 FTEs 7 schools increased staffing by 5.5 FTEs 2013 – net loss of 2.93 FTEs 2012 – net loss of 3.7 FTEs net gain of 1.6 FTEs loss of 6.5 FTEs 9 positions filled by Community Expert, Variance, Long Term Sub 3 positions unfilled (Minnewaska, Nicollet, Royalton)
