5 Working in PowerPoint Use the Slide Layout templates from MS PowerPoint Can move the templates around to achieve specific layout Add text descriptions to relevant images in PowerPoint Use the Table and Chart tools in PowerPoint to streamline the conversion process

8 Converting to Web Formats LecShare Pro 1.Will convert your PowerPoint to an accessible Web-based version 2.Allow for accessibility retrofitting as part of the conversion process 3.Can also create a narrated movie (with captions) of the PowerPoint presentation

10 Conclusions Add the appropriate accessibility information when authoring your PowerPoint presentations –Image descriptions –Captions for embedded videos –Watch for the preset hyperlink colors! Use the PowerPoint slide layouts when adding content and move those around as opposed to creating text boxes
