4 PowerPoint's Web Export MS PowerPoint's Save As Web Page export creates a Web page interface with limited accessibility support Few options as to what accessibility information you can add to the PowerPoint content when exporting to the Web Additional usability issues as well for those on non-IE browsers or those lacking the PowerPoint application/viewer

5 Working in PowerPoint Use the Slide Layout templates from MS PowerPoint Can move the templates around to achieve specific layout Add text descriptions to relevant images in PowerPoint Use the Table and Chart tools in PowerPoint to streamline the conversion process

10 Conclusions Add the appropriate accessibility information when authoring your PowerPoint presentations –Image descriptions –Captions for embedded videos –Watch for the preset hyperlink colors! Use the PowerPoint slide layouts when adding content and move those around as opposed to creating text boxes
