4 DARS/u.select Team Mission and Vision Statement Mission: Mission: Support the 37 Minnesota State Colleges and Universities by managing the development, integration and improvement of the degree audit software and the web based course transfer system, called u.select, in order to improve student access, opportunity, advising and achievement of academic goals.
