FLYING Some seeds fly or glide in the wind.

STICKING Some seeds stick to animal fur and are carried away.
Animals - excess baggage
CARRY AND BURY Birds carry fruit and drop the seeds. Squirrels bury seeds.

POPPING Some seeds pop from plants and shoot seeds everywhere.

HOMEWORK… Take a walking field trip of your back yard, front yard, neighborhood or nearby park. Respectfully, gather a few seeds from different plants on your walk and place in plastic baggies. Bring seeds to class with you. We will examine the seeds in class with a camera and microscope.
