2. 2006/07 NANP Budget & Contribution Factor The FCC announced a PA bridge contract on June 14, 2006. The PA contract modification #18 announced an extension from June 14, 2006 through September 14, 2006 with two, one month Optional periods. Welch and Co reported they were notified of the terms of the bridge contract and the budgeted monthly expenditures do not fluctuate substantially.

3. 2006/07 Budget/Billing May 1 filing specified 0.00021 The FCC acted expeditiously in approving the contribution factor (approved May 9 th). Welch was able to meet the targeted billing date of June 15 th. Bills are DUE July 12th
