2 What is Audubon Center of the North Woods? Audubon Center of the North Woods is a residential environmental school. Audubon offers immersion programs that involve direct observation and participation in outdoor experiences that focus on ecology and science, human culture and history, personal growth, group building, and outdoor recreation.

3 The Campus The Audubon campus is located in Sandstone, Minnesota, about 1 1/2 hours from St. Paul. 54165 Audubon Dr. Sandstone, MN 55072 www.audubon-center.org 1-888-404-7743 We will take a school bus to and from the Audubon Center. Students, teachers, and parent chaperones will ride on the bus.

10 Costs Current estimated cost per student is $120.00 including bus PTO will provide scholarships We are continuing fund-raising with World’s Finest Chocolate and Equal Exchange Final cost will be determined in September Fundraising efforts will end on May 25, 2012

11 Chaperones Two full-time parents needed per class You can do a split-shift with another parent
