3 The ribbon, which sits above the document, and includes a set of buttons and commands that you use to do things in and with your document (like print it).

4 Undo Save Cut You need to highlight first what you want to cut. Copy You need to highlight first what you want to copy. Paste After you cut or copy, you can paste it anywhere you put your cursor.

5 Font Arrow: Click arrow to see more fonts to choose. Font: Current font style. Font Size Arrow: Click arrow to see more fonts sizes. Font Size

6 Italics: Highlight text to italics and click the I. Bold: Highlight text to bold and click the B. Underline Styles: Click arrow to see more underline choices. Underline: Highlight text to underline and click the U.
