Wise Words From People around the world

Albert Einstein (1879—1955 ) * Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. * It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer. * Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited, whereas imagination embraces the entire world, stimulating progress, giving birth to evolution.

Albert Einstein (1879—1955 ) * Weakness of attitude becomes weakness of character. * The most incomprehensible thing about the world is that it is at all comprehensible. * Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity.

Sir Isaac Newton (1643—1727) * I do not know what I may appear to the world, but to myself I seem to have been only like a boy playing on the sea-shore, and diverting myself in now and then finding a smoother pebble or a prettier shell than ordinary, whilst the great ocean of truth lay all undiscovered before me.

Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) * First, God created idiots. That was just for practice. Then He created school boards. * A banker is a fellow who lends you his umbrella when the sun is shining and wants it back the minute it begins to rain.

* We are divided not by race, religion, or national origin, but rather by ignorance. * In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends." Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929-1968)

* I have a dream that one day the state of Alabama, whose governor's lips are presently dripping with the words of interposition and nullification, will be transformed into a situation where little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls and walk together as sisters and brothers.

John F. Kennedy * A mistake is not an error until you refuse to correct it. * Ask not what your country can do for you, but rather, ask what you can do for your country.

* Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans. * Time you enjoy wasting, was not wasted. * Imagine all the people living life in peace. You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I hope someday you'll join us, and the world will be as one. John Lennon
