8 Los adjetivos Adjectives are words that describe nouns or other adjectives. Example: The blond boy is ugly. The brunette girl is pretty. The brunette girl is pretty.

9 Los adjetivos #1: In Spanish, adjectives MUST modify the noun in number and in gender Ej: el chico alto o la chica alta *Adjectives that end in an –o are generally masculine. Change the –o to –a to make the adjective feminine.
