2. Member Forum Ask a question Question will go to all – you will have the option to opt in our out of the feed for this question. The question will be archived with the feed on the members section of the website, so that you can look it up at a later stage and view the responses

3. YouTube Channel We have a dedicated Unique Venues of London YouTube Channel Currently the UVL launch party video is up Going forward, if you have a virtual venue tour, you will be able to send the link to the web team to upload to your member venue page.

4. Dedicated Filming Section On the home page and in the members section. The homepage area is dedicated to venues with filming locations and information for location managers etc. The members section will have tips, template enquiry forms, contracts and checklists for you to use when taking enquiries for filming.

5. How To Guide This section will also be on the home page of the website and have a list of tips for organisers on how to arrange specific events and tips on organising. How to plan a wedding – timeline of activities How to engage with production companies How to create cost effective table centerpieces

6. Recruitment We are looking to recruit volunteers to the web committee. Assist with member updates Help to contribute and build new sections of the website Troubleshoot – relay any error messages back to Moore Wilson so that the website runs smoothly

7. Check your details The members section is working very well and members are finding it much easier to update details, please check the following: Log-in details Copy on your landing page - some venues still only have the minimal brochure copy on their pages. Check your rooms – capacities (from/to) Check your images – we have been in contact with venues whose images are not high enough res (max res 5mb). We sent around a special offer from 2 photographers for photo shoots. Check your suppliers page is correct Check that your weblink works
