3 Purpose of the Event NSC is offered two seats at the NAD Conference. One seat is for the NSC Officer. NSC has decided to offer the other seat as a prize for winning a Public Speaking Contest.

7 What judges look for a winner? Attract your attention? Introduce topic in a way that makes you want to know about it? Presenter develop ideas smoothly? Language clear and easy to understand? Presenter’s statement of persuasive, logical, and relevant to the topic? Presenter sign clearly and slowly enough for everyone to understand? Eye contact and use appropriate expression?
