Coaches should complete and submit to compliance the Prospective Student-Athlete Request for Action Form indicating you are requesting to bring a student to our campus for an official visit (Form should be filled out completely). This should be done one week in advance of the visit dates and no later than 72 hours prior to the visit dates. Our policy states anything submitted less than 72 hours in advance will be automatically denied. Request submitted outside of these parameters will be looked at on a case-by-case basis, but every effort should be made to work within the one week to 72 hour submission requirement. 29 2. Your PSA/SA should be entered into the JumpForward software and you should complete the official visit portion answering questions 1-4. This allows you to exercise the official visit exception and make unlimited phone calls five days prior to the official visit. Without doing this will cause potential violations within the JumpForward system and on your call reports. 3. Submit High School transcripts and test scores if the PSA is a high school student coming on the visit. If it is a transfer (2 or 4 year) submit the most current transcript possible (official or unofficial), just submitting a course listing is not appropriate. 4. Compliance will then place the PSA/SA on to the Institutions IRL (This is required by NCAA Bylaw) and enter the student into CAi Recruiting in order to track the visit, track communication from compliance and have the student available for roll-over to our rosters if required. 30 5. Compliance will prepare the official visit notification letter which includes required notifications such as organized competition ByLaw and other pertinent data. (Required by NCAA Bylaw). 6. Compliance will either mail or e-mail the prospect and copy the coach, showing the visit is approved and ready to move forward. If the visit is submitted within 72hrs, compliance and coach should talk to determine if the visit can occur. If approved coach will be copied via email of approval. 7. Coaches must abide by all Official Visit and Student-Host regulations while the student is on campus. See Bylaw 13.6 and Bylaw 13.6.6.5 Official Visit Requirements cont.

31 8. Once the visit concludes, coaches should have the student sign the ACU Acknowledgement of Official Visit form and submit to the compliance office. 9. The final step is to complete the official visit information inside of the JumpForward System and run the official visit report that is submitted to compliance once all data regarding the visit is documented.
