3. Most ancients used symbol or letters as there Numbers like Greeks. Greeks used letter symbols as numbers. Like this: At least most of them were letters. This system was called the alpha beta. But the Greeks didn’t only have that number system they had two more one called iota kappa and another called the rho sigma. The Greeks had a lot to learn.

4. Ancient Egyptian's were the first people to actually realize that there was a zero that actually existed. The ancient Egyptians normally used hand gestures as there numbers. The ancient Egyptians had only one number system not like the ancient Greeks

Roman numerals where a really grate way to calculate numbers but was also really hard when trading, subtracting and dividing this is because roman numerals are added together different numbers to get one for example to make 17 you would have to write x witch is 10, v witch is 5 and II witch is 2 so all together it looks like this XVII lets add something more difficult lets try 28 X witch is 10, and another x witch makes 20 plus v witch make 25 and III witch makes 28 let put it all together and it looks like this XXVIII but the roman numerals were really helpful when you add even though they may confuse you with all the letters.

6. The number zero was invented by the Mayans. The Mayans were a tribe of Indians it spread really fast to Great Britten and other parts of the world.
