Welcome * Pass It Forward Video Challenge August 7, 2013 The Generation Rx University Conference for Prescription Drug Abuse & Recovery *Produced by the National Council on Patient Information and Education (NCPIE) and sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)
In review… Pass It Forward Video Challenge Defined A Video Competition for young people (aged 18-25). Stimulate awareness and creative thinking/planning for use of SAMHSA- developed/supported educational resources focusing on Rx abuse prevention and recovery-oriented systems of care. The Challenge Create a 2-minute video that answers, What creative strategies can help ensure that these 5, web-based tools reach every college campus and community across the country? How would you use social media – FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM and TEXT MESSAGING – to pass it forward.
