Self Control needs long continuous spiritual struggle

سراج الجسد هو العين فمتى كانت عينك بسيطة فجسدك كله يكون نيرا و متى كانت عينك شريرة فجسدك يكون مظلما (لو 11 : 34)

هادمين ظنونا و كل علو يرتفع ضد معرفة الله و مستاسرين كل فكر الى طاعة المسيح (2كو 10 : 5)
casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, (2Co 10 : 5)
