1. Welcome to VTAC CourseLink Four steps to downloading and printing preferences, the ATAR and offers

Why use this program  All the information is in one file.  You can print off a one stop overview of each student.  You can download and save the overview onto your mobile device for reference  Best advice for printing this data is to make sure that you have set the:  Page to Landscape  Font is courier or courier new  Font size is 8.

3. Step 1: Login to CourseLink

4. Step 2: Select school data from main menu Select All students course preferences

5. S creen 1: Step 3: Select Download preferences text file

6. Step 4: Saving the file in a printable format  When you select Download file. One of two screens will appear. Format 1orFormat 2  Both versions will provide you with an overview of all of your student preferences, ATAR and selection data for each course they have applied to.

7. Step 4: Format 1  If this screen appears, open the file in either Wordpad or Word.

8. Step 4: Format 1 output  If you save or open the file in wordpad or word:  set your page to Landscape  Font to courier new and font size to 8, it will look like this (minus the grey blocks):

9. Step 4: Format 2  If this screen appears, more formatting is required because the default program is Notepad.

10. Step 4: Format 2  Select Download preferences text file and the following screen will appear:

11. Step 4: Format 2 downloading the file 1. Select the arrow 2. Select ‘Show in folder’

12. Step 4: Format 2 downloading the file  A new screen will open with the file highlighted. Right click on the highlighted file and select Open with – then select Wordpad.

13. Step 4: Format 2 formatting the file  Using the small arrow highlighted, select Landscape in Page setup.  Then highlight all the text and make sure the font is set to Courier size 8
