4. 4 U.S. Department of Transportation Enhanced KTS Website  Expands Technology Transfer function: □ Establishes a forum to share experiences, best practices and lessons learned (peer exchange) □ Broadens focus of database to TSM&O resources □ Continues assessment and update of knowledge gaps □ Enhanced marketing and outreach materials  Additional features: □ Subscription-based email newsletter, project profiles, current practices interchange and archive  Staff and/or consultant support needed for updates, content development, management of peer interactions including social networks
