Completed enhancements and corrections to improve: Grant reconciliation via PBC retroactive posting correction Month end close via Sponsored Reports Distribution Staff hire forms via the new ISR Purchase order and invoice quantity inconsistencies via GR from R/3 Inbox Travel workflow routing to PM on Internal Orders Travel workflow single approval FTE budget vs. actual comparisons down to unit levels New ZSR transaction Call volumes steady at 425 - 450 per week. Open customer tickets steadily decreased and average 355 open items as of Friday. New Reconciliation Guide published by Controllers office and Internal Audit.

Slide 10 Key Issues Strategies for Addressing Faculty and BW Reporting SAP correction put into production in March. Sponsored reports distribution completed. Non-sponsored distribution planned. Accounts reconciliation guide published by JHU Controllers Office and Internal Audit. Effort ReportingSOM, BSPH, KSAS, WSE collaborating to improve process. H1 working to correct system issues. HR ActionsHire form changes completed. Salary change and Bonus Supplement form re-design and automation scheduled for Summer. Training NeedsNew Strategy, FastFacts Shopping Cart usability issues Exploring options for simplifying purchases for high volume vendors. Plan to increase use of p-Cards, increase use of EDI, and vendor self-service. Travel Reimbursement usability issues Some enhancements in March, more improvements planned with upgrade. Increased Demand on Staff Shared Services and BSMs working to indentify incremental relief through business process changes and system improvements.
