9 Development and Instruction F Course developers can be paid a consulting fee F Instructors are paid a daily fee plus all expenses F Doesnt have to be same person to develop as to teach

10 On-line Training F First electronic training product developed in 2000. –2-day live course converted to CD ROM. F Currently evaluating web-based applications for existing and new courses. –Condensed versions of live courses –Stand-alone segments from live courses. –Short tutorials on individual standards.
