18 18-Sep-15S.Movchan Straw manufacturing and QC18 Conclusion 2 types of test straws fabricated (from Hostaphan RNK 4600): - metallization removed from one tape edge (straw #3684) - metallization removed from both tape edges (straw # (3685-3687)) Straw tensile test results: Straw #3685: F=(6.0±0.5) kg dL=(11÷22) mm for old straws: F=(3.5-6) kg, dL=(1-10) mm, non stable results Gas leak tests – in progress
