3. Introduction  Graduates are anxious because they failed to get a job.  So, students are encouraged to take part in extra curricular activities.  Besides being knowledgeable, soft skills work competency are considered by employers when hiring new employees.

4. Research Objectives  to identify the importance communication skills to students  to examine the factors that contribute to the lack of communication skills in students  to describe the effects of poor communication skills on students

5. Research Methodology  Setting:  Focus on Universiti Malaysia Pahang students.  Involve fifty randomly students from five faculties in UMP Campus Gambang.

6.  Data collection:  Method: Questionnaire  The questionnaire is divided into three sections.  Data analysis:  Data is analysed using Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.

17. Conclusion and Recommendations  Summary of the results  Communication skill is very important.  Students think communication is vital for them to acquire self-confidence.  Performance and quality of our routines will be determined by our communicate skills.

18.  Limitations of the study  The title of our study is quite general.  Lack of literature review about communications skills on students.  There are three students per group and our members are all girls and come from one faculty.  It was a challenge to get full cooperation from respondents.

19.  Suggestions for further study  Specific the title.  Try the best to come across with suitable articles that relevant to research.  Instructor should ensure that group members come from different background course and gender.  Need to choose the responsible respondents.

20.  Concluding remarks  Our research is about communication skills on UMP students.  Based on our study all the research questions had been answered.  Therefore, our research can be considered success though the results are different from previous study.
