4 Fats Provides essential fatty acids and energy. Helps your body absorb Vitamins A, D and E. 4type - Polyunsaturated fatty acids ex:(vegetable oils) - Monounsaturated fatty acids ex:(olive oil) - Saturated fatty acids ex:(coconut) - Trans fatty acids ex:(beef, fish)

5 Protein 0.8 grams for every kilogram your weight everyday Every cell in human body contains protein Found in - Meat, egg, nuts, and seeds 2 type - Complete proteins (meat) -Incomplete proteins (vegetables)
